Managed by S. Eli Naim, Edison Group RE is a partnership of innovative entrepreneurs. Many of the partners have built their own successful companies and Edison leverages their in-depth knowledge of those specific sectors, and combined with strong relationships with key industry players, is able to consistently execute effectively.

Naim was always fascinated by the investment world. His challenge was that he did not subscribe to the investment philosophy of being industry specific. This set Naim apart from his peers, so he set out to learn the specifics of “investment engineering.” He educated himself in the various industries, and studied the methods used by industry leaders. Naim now leads his team of like-minded investment specialists by sharing this knowledge with them and together they make up the Edison Group.

A Simple Mandate

Edison’s mandate is simple. Every opportunity is evaluated with a specific goal in mind. Once presented with an opportunity, Edison creates a structured plan designed to achieve a specific return on investment within a pre-determined time frame.

Although many investment firms specialize in one industry, Edison believes that the future of investment can no longer be industry specific rather it will be across many sectors. This in turn will allow Edison to deliver maximum return while adhering to its specific mandate. Edison’s investment model therefore affords far greater opportunities than traditional investment groups.

Accountability & Transparency

Edison places the highest value on maintaining transparency in its business practices and upholds its fiduciary duties with the utmost integrity. This includes institutional-quality reporting standards, quarterly and yearly reports, as well as clear and consistent communication. 

Although Edison’s main focus is to generate profit, using socially and environmentally focused practices is paramount and remains in the forefront of their investment model.
